Hello!
All pledges have been sent, apart from:
• US retailers, some of whom we are struggling to reach
• those who haven't done their surveys
• folks having card problems on Backerkit
This update is specifically for the 18 backers on Kickstarter who haven't done their survey yet.
I suspect this update will not reach those who need to see it, but in the name of good housekeeping:
This is your final call to fill our your survey on Backerkit if you have not done so.
(Very serious bad cop talk begins)
If you have not done this we do not have your mailing address and you are yet to pay for your book to be shipped.
Which means we have no way to send you your book!
If we do not receive your completed survey and shipping payment by the 2nd of April (one week from now) we will be reluctantly forced consider your pledge a donation, and will not be physically able send you a book.
As laid out on the campaign page from the very beginning, Wayne is not planning to hold any stock of the book for later, and the small amount of remaining stock will be passed to a third party.
I'm pretty sure anyone who hasn't done the survey yet isn't receiving emails about updates, nor reminders from Backerkit. Please note we warned against from the very beginning of the campaign, on the campaign page. You have to allow us to communicate with you, or we simply cannot send you any rewards.
The irony here of course being that you won't be able read this if you fall into this camp! But it is nonetheless here recorded for posterity.

Phew! I don't really like having to talk like this, but I think it's important to be very clear, so that should Wayne or myself later receive less than polite communications, we know that we have done all we can to get those surveys in and those books out.
We really want to send you your books, and we just don't have the capacity to hold your copy forever! Please do your survey if you haven't done so.
For backers who have had problems with their cards being refused by Backerkit, we've made alternative arrangements, which have been detailed in previous updates. I have emailed all 8 of you direct today to try and get you to use the alternative means. We have been banging the drum for that for the last 2 months.
NB: Please don't pay for shipping again if you have already paid for it on Backerkit. We will have to refund your payment: that costs us money, and isn't necessary!

The books have been shipped and are beginning to arrive at their destinations.
Thanks very much for your patience.
I sincerely appreciate your participation in the project. It's been a big step for me.
So I wanted to take this opportunity to give a massive thanks to my co-collaborator Jon Hodgson because of the significant contribution he's made to this project.
Whilst I might be able to draw some pretty pictures and write some vaguely relevant words about those pictures, I don't know anything about the world of publishing. Providing the content for the book is pretty much where my contribution ended.
A sizable portion of this project (Which has mostly goes unseen) has been the logistics behind making the physical copies of the book; The design, layout, file creation, managing the complications of running a Kickstarter campaign, liaising with printers and distributors. Not to mention dealing with a few curveballs along the way.
This all been brilliantly coordinated by Jon and made possible due to his invaluable knowledge, expertise, advice and talent.
You're awesome, Jon!
Jon and the talented folks at Handiwork Games put the same amount of dedication and skill into their products as they've done for the RPG Saints Sketchbook. If you're pleased with the quality of the sketchbook, then please do check out Handiwork Games, because they make some great stuff!

Books are confirmed as in the warehouse, and the great send out has begun!
First up, since they're geographically so close, UK backers will be sent their books. It's looking likely that by the end of tomorrow they will all be in the post.
The dispatch team will be working their way through the limited editons and multiple copy pledges after that, and then on to everything else. It is anticipated that all backer and late-pledge copies (for people who have done their survey or checked out shipping on our web store) will be dispatched over the next seven days.
ONLY FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT CHECK OUT IN BACKERKIT:
This is your final call IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID YOUR SHIPPING AND CANNOT CHECK OUT ON BACKERKIT, you can pay your shipping here, at the Handiwork Games store. Please, please, please double check your Backerkit status before buying shipping.
We will be refunding those who have double paid, but this does cost us money to process and refund, so please do not buy shipping if you have already paid it.

Hello again!
Important: Addresses are now locked in Backerkit for everyone who has completed their survey. Your book(s) will be sent to that address.
If you have not been able to finish check out in Backerkit due to card processing problems you can pay for your shipping here, at the Handiwork Games store, and we will manually amend your information to show the fees have been paid as we prepare to dispatch the books. We will also "cancel" your pledge on Backerkit - this means the Backerkit system can't charge you automatically. But of course you will still get your book - we will have your details in the Handiwork Games store system.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY SHIPPING TWICE! Currently five out of seven people using the Handiwork Games web store option have paid for shipping twice! You don't need to do that! We will refund your duplicate payments, but please do double check. I deeply appreciate your willingness to pay, but we don't want you to pay twice, and we don't want to pay the prcoessing fees on you payment and then your refund!

Dispatch is scheduled to begin Wednesday next week. Once that starts, if you haven't paid for shipping, either via backerkit or on the Handiwork Games store, there will be a delay while we sort out an individual solution for you. Naturally, you'll understand that we have to prioritise backers who have completed their survey and paid their shipping. But we will get to you eventually!
